Members approve CADP/NCDC merger

CADP and NCDC Members vote overwhelmingly for the two organizations to merge effective July 1, 2000. National Information Solutions Cooperative (NISC) is selected as the new organization’s name.

As part of the consolidation agreement, the Board of Directors was reorganized creating 14 Director positions and 14 Advisory positions to be phased out in the first few years.
