Merger takes effect

The merger of CADP and NCDC officially occurs on July 1, 2000 after months of planning by the Board of Directors and staff. Initially, NISC serves Members in 46 states, representing 5 million consumer accounts. Gary Hobson, the General Manager of CADP was named CEO, and Vern Dosch, the General Manager of NCDC was named COO.
