iVUE Connect: Service launches

iVUE Connect: Service deployed to development sites, providing a role-based, intuitive design for customer service representative tasks and processes. Starting in the first quarter of 2017, iVUE Connect: Service began being regularly deployed to iVUE Utility Member sites.
